Refund policy
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we kindly ask you to:

Carefully review the provided sizing and exact measurements before placing your order. Vintage items often vary in sizing, and detailed descriptions are provided to help you make an informed choice.
- You can check the item on-door before paying for it if you're in Cairo & Giza. In case you decide to give the item back to the courier, you must pay the shipping fee. This can be done in other Governorates as well, but please let us know beforehand to inform the shipping company.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery. No questions asked.
- If the chosen item is of a higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference. If the chosen item is of a lower value, the difference we owe will be added to the customer as store credit on their account.
- Customers are responsible for return exchange costs unless the error is on our part.
- If you do not wish to exchange your item immediately, you may opt for store credit of equivalent value to be used for future purchases.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds:
- We do not provide cash refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged and it was not clearly mentioned in the description.
- Cash refunds are not allowed for sizing issues.
- Refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by Funkify.
