Before You Buy & Delivery
Sizing: Vintage fits vary. Please review the measurements in the description carefully before ordering.
On-Door Inspection: You can check your item with the courier before paying. If you return it immediately, you only pay the shipping fee. This applies to Cairo and other governorates (please message us beforehand for orders outside Cairo so we can coordinate).
Exchanges
Window: Accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Pricing differences: if the new item is of higher value, you will pay the difference. If the new item is of lower value, you will receive the money as store credit in your account.
Store Credit: Don't see an exchange you like? We can issue store credit that has no expiration date that you can use for a future purchase.
Shipping Fees: Customers cover exchange shipping fees unless the error is ours.
Refunds
Store Credit Refunds: Accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Cash Refunds: Strictly limited to faulty or damaged items not clearly mentioned in the description. No cash refunds are provided for sizing issues (please check size on-door).
Flaw Reporting: Must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
Shipping Fees: We cover return shipping for defective items.
